Steven holds a Bachelor's degree from Wayne State University and several prestigious certificates in Computer Science and AI Learning from the University of Detroit, Vanderbilt, and Harvard University.
Professional Journey
Steven's career began in the entertainment industry, where he spent a decade as a producer, manager, and director. His work in these roles laid a strong foundation for his transition to corporate America, where he excelled in marketing and logistics within the auto industry. It was during this time that Steven's passion for real estate was ignited, leading him to build a multimillion-dollar career in the field.

Philanthropy
Steven has always had a passion for community. This passion was developed early through his work
in college with his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha. During his professional career, he founded
Neighborhood First Community Development to help battle social ills and educate the local
community on business and real estate issues.
In 2025, Steven founded the Global Wealth Initiative. Through this initiative, he brings key business
people into the community to help guide them in real estate, business, business funding, and other
entrepreneurship endeavors.
